Here's to June

A new month, 30 days of possibilities and opportunities! I'm making a commitment to stay On Program most of the time, allowing 1 "cheat day" per week, and to exercise at least 5 days a week, even if it's just a walk around the block after dinner.

Anybody want to join me in this challenge?

    I have 20 lbs to get off. I'm tired of feeling tired all the time.

  2. Robyn, I hear ya! My Man is complaining that I am in bed by 10 every night and fall asleep on the couch an hour beforehand! The exercise helps so much with my energy level, gotta do it.
