Balance

So, if you've got a craving and want to splurge on some good ol' New York-style pizza (ok, the best we can get here in Daytona Beach), you go to Pete's..

Where the cook looks like he belongs in a pizza kitchen...

and you limit yourself to one slice (Sicilian for Beren)..

So you enjoy every morsel, vow to add an extra few minutes to your evening walk with the dog..

and you eat something light & healthy for dinner..

It's all about balance, my dears!

Have a Beauty-Full Evening,

  3. Ah, pizza...you got my attention. And your balancing with shrimp, oh yep, my attention is still on you and the lesson you are sharing here :-)

Instead of going for pizza we had breakfast for dinner tonight. I like eggs, but just one or two. The days of 5-egg omelets are over.

  5. I will have to go visit Pete SOON! Balance - what an easy word to type... what an extremely hard word to achieve. I am still working on that.

  6. A healthy food keeps you away from so many trouble like cancer or other painful diseases. Be aware is in your power to maintain your health.

  8. I wish I had one signle person who had "balance" in their lives! Someone who I could see and have around and make me think "if they can do it, I can too" I have no source of inspiration other than wonderful bloggers. I appreciate every post I read and you all motivate me in different ways. But I still can't find the balance. Also have no will power at all. Maybe I just need to get through this painful period and in 6 months everything will be different. I really hope so.

P.S. I never ate at Pete's. There are no Pete here!!! May be thats a good thing ;)
